Contact Love Solar either by telephone, email or our tailored enquiry form. If possible/required we may be able to provide an initial cost estimate as part of a tender process, but we will usually arrange a site visit with our electrician and/or surveyor to discuss your requirements and review the options for solar on your premises.
Our surveyor will check roof dimensions/condition or for ground-mounted systems, review the ground conditions. Our electrician will discuss cable runs, location of inverters/battery storage and assess existing electrics with your team to ensure the solution both achieves the benefits you are looking for and works within or alongside existing systems.
Following site survey we will put together a detailed quote including: system design, production forecast and financial analysis. On this basis we can make an exploratory application to your Distribution Network Operator (DNO) to determine the capacity of your local network and understand any restrictions regarding exports.
We will work with you to schedule the installation with minimum disruption to your site teams and business operation. Solar panels are installed first by our professional roofing team, followed by a visit from our electrical/technical team to install your inverter(s), battery storage and commission the system.
Love Solar provide a walkthrough / training session with key employees to ensure they understand the operation and maintenance of the system. Our customer service team will provide a warranty pack containing all certification, insurance and warranty documentation. As a local business we pride ourselves on our after-care service and will be on hand to resolve any issues or answer questions you or your team may have.
